    Well, I guess you already find plenty of omega-3 in your tuna. Yet, you should be cautious with tuna, because since it is on top of the food chain, it gatherd lots of heavy metals from all the chain bellow it.
    Another good source of protein plus carbs would be soya or beans.
    I guess you could also add greens to it, so you get your minerals.
    Anyway, I found your video informative. Keep it up!

    if u wana stay lean for carbs use rice, patattos,outmeal, veggis,
    protein:chicken breast ,egg whites , lean fish, tuna , whey protein powder
    for good fats: a good suplement,nuts (and all other good fat “nuttyes” ) and fatty fishes of all kind

    Nive vid man, very helpful. but what about if you have low/high metabolism don’t know which one it is where you can’t put on weight? i eat a lot and have been following the list you just said, but i’m still skinny as fuck lol
