    Part 2: Yes! ONLY ever binge on that & NOTHING ELSE! Why? Because all your yoyo dieting has alerted your precious body to be hugely AWARE of yet another STARVATION CRISIS, so it’ll natually take whatever it can, from whatever you consume, and STORE IT! Yes! On the hips & everywhere it can find to store it’s precious reserves in case you choose to put it through yet another gruelling STARVATION DIET! Yet when you eat the SAME thing, day in & day out, the body STOPS storing it~it’s tired of that!

    Part 1: Further~I’ve always been considered SLIM & sometimes, like now, even too THIN ~but twice in my life, I gained undesirable weight which I was determined to lose & in the shortest time & on both occasions, achieved JUST THAT! How? Ok ~prepare a meal of lentils or mixed beans, slowly cooking after having soaked & drained them sufficiently, spice with all your fave spices, incl. fried onions, tomatoes & garlic. Make enough to PIG OUT 3x a day for 2 - 3 days, & ONLY binge on that! See Pt 2 ~

    I agree with your advice wholeheartedly. The biggest dangers & WEIGHT GAIN poisons are in prepared, take-away meals ~ yes! loaded with toxins like MSG, highly addictive & everything that goes with them WILL increase weight, & anything labelled DIET~loaded with lethal, HIGHLY TOXIC aspartame! Artificial sugar DESIGNED to be addictive & INCREASE weight, to keep you buying these DIET products! Only put in your mouth WHAT YOU YOURSELF prepare ~there are NO SHORT CUTS guys ~so don’t fool yourselves!

    I don’t attack you, but if it doesn’t work for You, it doesn’t mean, it won’t for other people. I personally think that. But it’s true what you said about feelings, What’s more, fat person, after breaking diet rules starts to eat more food ;]

    Thanks for reminding me of how I should eat. When I actually eat only fruits and vegetables for just a week, I didn’t feel tired or crave for bad food.

    hey, i love your vids and your statement…you are so great. YOU ARE a true inspiration…but can you also give an adive WHAT to eat! Like eg. in the morning, at lunch and in the evening. That would be so cool. Like what do you eat in the evening because there one shouldnt eat carbs, right?? but sometimes i am hungry and what do you eat then??

    hey bud this is just my experience but a nutrionist will only tell you what you know already eat less calories than you spend for $500 a visit i started losing more weight when my Dr . said i want you coming in every month until you start losing weight i was so sick of going i got motivated all it takes is a couple of months of doing something before it falls in to place join a jenny craig where your losing weight will be accountable and you wont be putting off your weightloss for another day

    I go to an early college academy, which means about 7 hours of homework per night and the 5 hour AP exam. It’s extremely difficult to lose weight when my brain does so much work. Sitting at my desk all day has gotten me to gain 20 pounds this past year, and the stress has made me worse. Luckily, I’m going to see a nutritionist who can probably help me in losing weight. But most of all, it’s simply motivation that I need. =) Thank you.

    Hey thanks for this I thought it was fantastic advice and really makes sense. I’m aiming to lose about 27kg and i think this is going to really help me. Does anyone else feel really guilty when there diet fails i do lol. I feel like i’ve destoyed the whole thing and then i end up piggin out which i know is really wrong to do but it just gets hard when your in the moment lol.

    Good advice.

    But, it’s hard if you’re trying to lose 70 pounds, when you’re a fifteen year old (me) which low self-esteem, lots of distractions, exams etc.
