I’m 5″2 and I weigh 140 pounds (yes, I am rather overweight). I want to lose weight this summer. I do Wii Fit at least twice a week, and I have gym class. Do you have any tips? I don’t want to hear any aqai berry junk or anything else like that please.
I like wii fit. It shows you your BMI and weight, and also it helps with balance.

eat lots of leafy greens and salad, and try and cut your carbs.

I am self concious about my weight i think im fat but i work out i do a step arobecics with a lady named cathe so go to cathe.com i love it its so fun
Simply increase your soluble and insoluble fibre to 50 grams a day. Really easy to do. Lost 60lbs in one year through Queen’s Unversity Pro Fitness Study. See if you can find study results on line.

Don’t try to lose weight too fast. It’s not healthy when you’re growing — it’s not worth it to shave a few months off a diet if you end up with a lifetime of being short.
Try to eat 1800-2000 calories per day, and do at least 15 min exercise in the mornings. Biking, walking, running, etc. Try to eat somewhat more protein and somewhat less sugar, especially giving up sugary soft drinks, which are basically completely worthless nutritionally.
Forget the wii fit, and save money on going to the gym. I work out at home with resistance bands. I found a website that offers free live daily workouts. I love it! try http://liveexerciseresistancebands.com

one is to drink allot of water i know you hear this allot but its very important the more water drank the less that it is held in the Body
two when lifting lift light weights and higher reps this burns allot more carbs with out adding muscle mass
and three cut out all sodas i did this and with in a week i lost 7 pounds without exercise
and lastly cut down on sodium it holds water inside you
Have positive mental attitude to achieve the type of body you want. Believe that you can have lean body no matter your present body weight or shape. Do not sabotage your effort with negative thoughts of not being able to lose weight. Also, eat clear healthy diets made up of natural unprocessed food regularly and avoid junk or processed foods.
