Ok…I really want to know, because….I feel and think I’m really huge…I’m 100 pounds / 16 years old and my height is 5′3″
Right now I’m currently, drinking only water, and sometimes diet drinks…but mostly just water, and if I eat, I only eat vegetables…and I sometimes just make myself puke it up…and I exercise every single day…if I start to eat and then make my self puke every time, will that help make me skinnier?

You need to go to the doctor, and soon. When you get there, you need to tell her all of these questions that you’ve been asking on Yahoo Answers… this is a pattern of risky and unhealthy behavior. You are NOT overweight for your height or age, and the so-called diet that you have yourself on will only cause your body to retain every single calorie you take in because it’s in starvation mode.
In other questions that you’ve asked you wanted to know why your period was missing… it’s this eating pattern. Ditto for your fatigue and shortness of breath.
Get to the doctor before this kills you.

you may feel you are huge but you are not
stop puking, it will destroy you’re throat, seriously, stop
vegitables are good
exercise is good, you shoulden’t drink too much water
dont starve yourself
- )and don’t stop eating till you feel satisfied, wait a half hour or more then exercise for an hour doing more than just cardio workouts
eat a full meal ( full serving of fruit, no not just one grape, and actual serving, some wheat, i’d suggest eating an apple for your fruit, a glass of milk as a drink, maybe a deviled egg - them are good
and make sure that while you are doing the exercise you are thinking about the exercise, not thinking about losing weight, think about building muscle
because that will make your body say ” hey, im building muscle, more muscle means i have to supply more neutrients to the muscle, so i need to move some muscle from my hips and thighs to my muscular areas to help em out ” this wont cause your arms or legs to look like flabby because your muscle will “tone” the skin, so that the porportion of muscle and fat is good for your body
if you are exercising regularly make sure you end up with a sweat, really work out, not just 10 curles of a 10 pound weight and you’re done, no, the more muscle you build the more your body will send fat from your hips and thighs to your muscles, it is natural
and while you are building muscle you dont want to continue to starve yourself, exercise will make you more hungry, dont eat the same if you are more hungry, your body is making you mroe hungry cause its telling you it needs more food to supply the muscle with more energy
remember, eat till you are satisfied, that is what your body wants, and thus what is best for you
your body knows best. listen to it.
drinking water is good but not too much, hydrate yourself while exercising
i might want to warn you, that as you build fat around your muscles that will naturally tend to take some fat from your breasts, so your breasts make shrink some ( this transfer of fat is why you will see most female atheletes with small breasts ) but don’t fret, if you have a big rack and are scared you will wake up in the morning with the breasts of a track star stop worrying, that type of transfer is only that sevear if you are an athelete, im assuming you just want to be fit, rather than athletic
100 pounds is good, but don’t think you are going backwards after all this is you gain weight
that weight will be muscle
and be sure to weigh yourself BEFORE you eat, otherwise if you do it afterwards it will be mostly what you just ate, plus the digestive juices, and plus some water
most importantly, if you do this for a week you wont see much results, its a long term thing
you must stay with this type of plan, you must stay the course for at least 2 months to see a significant change
in the end you should gain a good 20-30 pounds of muscle, be skinny, be healthier, and have only a slightly smaller bust
and after you have gotten that far you need to keep up with the exercise, maybe not as much, just enough to keep yourself steady, since you have aready reached the point you want to
if you stop and go back to how you are now the fat will defer away from the muscles, because it is natural
the body will say ” im not using my muscles, i dont need the nutrients, so in case i need it i will store more fat, for a rainy day that i starve ( this is a survival mechanism, in the wild apes must find their food, and store fat for when there might be a lack of it ) women naturaly store more fat than men, and it is usually in the breasts, hips, and thighs, while if a man does everything i told you he would acheive a better result faster, that is only from nature, because a woman will need stored neutriants in case she is pregnant, that baby will need the neutriants, and the last the the natrual female body wants is to be pregnant and without food or stored fat for the baby, so if you aren’t regularly exercising at least SOME, then the body naturally stores it away form the muscles
so, remember, keep up with this for at least 2 months and you will see positive results, you will most likely have more energy, feel better, be sick less, and have a nice figure
